Receptionist – Employment Requirements

  • Minimum Age: Applicants must be at least 18 years old.

  • Customer Service Skills: Must have excellent interpersonal, communication, and phone etiquette to greet and assist visitors professionally.

  • Teamwork: Able to collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments.

  • Language: Must fluently speak, read, and write English.

  • Professionalism: Must maintain a polished, friendly, and approachable demeanor at all times.

  • Clean Record: Must have no convictions for violent offenses or serious misdemeanors.
